David Panitch, Founder and President
Mr. Panitch has developed successful methodologies encompassing business strategies, sales and operational process improvement, change management, and the alignment of technology to drive efficiencies throughout organizations. His knowledge in sales, marketing and technology spans a wide range of areas including: customer experience, sales forecasting, organizational and individual goal setting, creating and executing strategy, sales & operational efficiencies, technology assessments, software selections, and technology implementation project management.
Prior to founding Results Technology Group, Mr. Panitch spent over twenty years working within the distribution sector in the role of General Manager, VP of Sales, and President of regional and national distribution organizations.
Mr. Panitch earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in marketing from the University of Miami. He is currently on the Board of the University of Miami Alumni Association, the Treasurer of the University of Miami Chicago Alumni Club, President of the Lincolnshire-Prairie View Board of Education, President of the ACA Golf Club, and has been a coach for youth soccer, basketball, and baseball. He enjoys reading, travel, golf, and precious time with his wife and their two boys.
Herb Shields, Consultant
Mr. Shields has been an executive manager and advisor to a variety of large and smaller distribution and manufacturing companies. Mr. Shields specializes in warehouse operations, inventory management, transportation, logistics, and procurement. He has provided cost saving solutions focused on inventory management and procurement methodology to clients. He has worked primarily in personal care products and industrial parts distribution.
M. Jay Heilbrunn, Consultant
Mr. Heilbrunn has been president, executive manager and advisor to a variety of large, midsize, and small distribution and manufacturing companies. he has been instrumental in the profitable growth of many businesses over the years. Mr. Heilbrunn specializes in strategic planning, organizational structure, merger & acquisition, and general management. He has worked primarily in packaging and food distribution.
Shari Solomon, Administrative Services
Ms. Solomon manages the day-to-day activities of the company. She is involved with cash management, marketing, scheduling, and other office responsibilities. She also has had great experience with "Voice of The Customer" telephone surveys. Ms. Solomon has been involved with a number of not-for-profit endeavors over the years. She possesses extraordinary organizational skills and understands the value of continuous improvement.
