Organization looks for sales and marketing plan to invigorate growth

RTG provided a comprehensive sales plan and a separate, but integrated marketing plan that would provide management with a clear guide for growth. The plans clearly illustrated the goals, milestones, and tasks necessary to reach the continued sales and profitability goals. RTG continued to provide quarterly guidance through a management level meeting to ensure that the organization stayed on course. Growth is currently tracking a better than 15% annually, which exceeded management’s expectations by almost 50%.
