Principals were starting up a manufacturing and distribution business. They had no technology and knew that to hit the ground running they needed a solid solution that would economically and efficiently run the back-end of their business.
We met with ownership to discuss their needs and most importantly, their vision of where the company was going to be in 12, 24, and 60 months. We then developed a needs assessment profile to detail the specific functionality that they would need to be successful. We researched the vendor options, conducted detailed interviews, managed software demonstrations, negotiated contracts, and acted as the project manager through the implementation of the technology.
