We have been developing a way to quickly understand the various key elements of our client's businesses and it has morphed into the Business Wellness Assessment. The assessment is a comprehensive review of both the functional areas and esoteric elements of a business. The Business Wellness Assessment is comprised of six functional areas and two global subjects of a business. It takes a look at the health of the following:

· Marketing

· Operations

· Finance

· Technology

· Asset Management

· Employee Development

· Leadership

We have developed a methodology that results in a comprehensive report on the health of the business, identifies areas that can be improved, and recommends initial courses of action to improve the health of the business.

The scoring of an example report is shown below. This indicates that the sales and marketing areas of the business have opportunities for improvement. Additionally, the employee development could also benefit from some additional attention.
